Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Shipping Manager to oversee all aspects of shipping and logistics in a warehouse facility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily shipping operations including order fulfillment, packaging, labeling, and carrier scheduling.
- Monitor and maintain shipping documentation and inventory records to ensure accuracy.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays, damages, or issues with carriers.
- Maintain and enforce safety standards, cleanliness, and organization within the shipping area.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and shipping software to manage and report shipping activities.
