Responsibilities:
The Role: Your Day-to-Day Impact
You will be essential in ensuring the smooth flow of products from the production floor to the customer. We need someone dependable who can manage their time effectively to meet a critical 3:00 PM UPS pickup deadline daily. You have the flexibility to set your own hours (approximately 20-25 hours per week) as long as this goal is met!
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and ship completed customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Enter daily production reports to track output.
Input customer purchase orders into the system.
Complete and submit the weekly production report.
Assist with general office and plant housekeeping duties.
Perform other administrative or plant duties as needed to support the team.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines autonomously.
A reliable and professional work ethic.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (essential for reporting and data entry).
Ability to lift up to 32 pounds unassisted, as physical activity is part of the shipping process.
