Ensuring shipping documents are complete and accurate.
??? Daily interfacing with Mexican in-house Custom broker as well as Customer brokers to release
shipping documents, ensuring trailers are released on-time to Customers.
??? Updating daily reports (TV monitor, Aging report, FIFO, INPASS location, etc.) and forward to
appropriate distribution/s.
o Daily Aging report ??? 99% scanned from Production to shipping Islands
o Daily FIFO report ??? Update report from previous day and advise Warehouse Supervisor
for recommendations/actions needed.
o INPASS Location- Maintain target of 48hrs or less in ???INPASS??? location.
o TV Monitor- Daily update PPT presentation to reflect onto the TV monitor
??? Support opening backyard gate when needed (inbound, outbound, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
??? Support counter measure activities in the department.
??? Maintain a clean and metal-free warehouse environment.
??? Assist Dock and Receiving shipping clerk when needed
??? Create and maintain all shipping documentation (BOL & packing slips).
??? Create and maintain all import/export documentation.
??? Input and maintain all shipping documentation (inventory control).
??? Ensure all required documentation sent to accounting dept.
??? Set up and receive all FED EX & UPS shipments.
??? Support PPG with supplier delivery trouble reports.
??? Update and adjust inventory for cycle counts and quality issues.
??? Support periodic inventories audits.
??? Maintain First In/ First Out (FIFO reports).
??? Review inventory discrepancies from cycle counting and recommend counter measures.
??? Other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Skills:
- Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
??? Warehouse knowledge and inventory control.
??? International paperwork and Custom flow to release shipments.
??? Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills required.
??? High Proficiency with PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
??? Excellent organizational skills.
