Role Type: Direct Hire
Starting Pay: $32-38/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

What You'll Do:
- Upfit heavy trucks with complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components for specialized industrial, dump, and logging applications.
- Perform routine fleet maintenance and preventative care on side dumps, live bottoms, dry vans, logging trailers, and other vocational trailers.
- Diagnose, repair, or replace pumps, valves, controls, and other vital chassis and trailer components.
- Conduct detailed mechanical inspections and accurately complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Provide quality service by communicating clearly with team members and addressing technical inquiries.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and preventative maintenance skills on heavy trucks or trailers.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and demanding mechanical tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Bonus Points:
- 5+ years of dedicated trailer repair experience.
- 5+ years of heavy truck repair experience.
- Hands-on experience with dump boxes, hook lifts, custom flatbeds, or logging equipment.
