      We are urgently looking to fill a Legal Secretarial position for our Client in Cloquet, MN. Candidates should be able to perform a variety of secretarial duties for attorneys and/or paralegals to whom assigned. Maintain positive contact with clients, attorneys and staff and observes confidentiality of client matters.Responsibilities:1.Effectively operates office technology including computer, software programs, email, copier, scanner, and dictation equipment.2.Transcribes dictation.3.Drafts and types correspondence, memoranda and other legal documents.
