The SIOP Manager is responsible for leading the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process to ensure alignment across demand, supply, and financial plans. This role drives cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to optimize inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, and support efficient production scheduling. Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate the monthly SIOP process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial goals.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop accurate demand forecasts and assess market trends.
Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure capacity and material availability align with forecasted demand.
Analyze supply and demand data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Develop and maintain metrics to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and production performance.
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, inventory management, and production planning processes.
Lead cross-functional meetings to review forecasts, production plans, and inventory strategies.
Partner with Finance to align operational plans with business budgets and performance targets.
Support ERP/MRP system enhancements to improve visibility and accuracy of SIOP data.
Prepare and deliver regular executive summaries and performance reports for leadership review.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field required.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a SIOP or demand planning leadership role.
Manufacturing industry experience required; multi-site experience a plus.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Must be able to travel to various locations up to 50% of the time.
