The Spanish Speaking Pastor serves as a vital spiritual leader under the direction of Dr. Ade Oyeyemi. This role is dedicated to shepherding the Spanish-speaking community in Inglewood, ensuring they receive the Word of God, pastoral care, and discipleship in their primary language while remaining a unified part of the larger church body.

Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate weekly Spanish-language worship services.
Deliver biblically sound, culturally relevant sermons in Spanish.
Administer sacraments (Baptisms, Holy Communion) and conduct life-cycle events (Weddings, Quincea??eras, Funerals).
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Linguistic Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish; high proficiency in English (required for staff meetings and bilingual coordination).
Cultural Competency: A deep understanding of the diverse backgrounds within the Hispanic community (Mexican, Central American, South American) and the unique challenges faced by immigrant families in Los Angeles.

Qualifications:
Theological Alignment: Must align with the doctrinal statements and Pentecostal/Evangelical traditions led by Dr. Oyeyemi.
Education: A degree in Biblical Studies, Theology, or Ministry from an accredited institution is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Hispanic ministry or church planting, preferably in an urban California context.
