In this vital role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health and efficiency of the organization. You'll work within all areas of the accounting department, managing key financial operations, reconciling general ledger and bank accounts, and assisting with month end or year end closes. Responsibilities:
Managing day to day accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, bank statements, and quarterly fixed asset schedules to ensure total accuracy and compliance.
Assisting with month end and year end closing processes, internal and external audit preparation, and preparing required industry compliance reports.
Processing business expense reports, allocating departmental costs, and reconciling inventory accounts.
Supporting special financial projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
Bilingual capability in Spanish is a plus.
Prior experience preparing documentation for internal or external financial audits.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude toward learning and process improvement.
