We are seeking a dynamic, driven Business Development & Recruiting Associate to manage a full-cycle ("360-degree") desk. In this hybrid role, you will be the ultimate multi-tasker: hunting for new business opportunities with client companies, and simultaneously sourcing, screening, and placing the top talent to fill those roles. You will have full ownership of the sales and delivery pipeline, supported by an uncapped commission structure.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Prospect, cold-call, and network to identify and secure new client companies needing staffing solutions.
Account Management: Negotiate contract terms, fee structures, and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure repeat business.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases to proactively source qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Hiring Process Management: Present shortlists to clients, coordinate interviews, prep candidates, and facilitate job offers and salary negotiations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Experience: 1+ years of experience in agency staffing, B2B sales, or corporate recruiting.
Tools of the Trade: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRMs (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Negotiation: Experience navigating staffing agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and fee negotiations.
