Responsibilities:
Staffing Manager is responsible for finding great employees for great companies. The Staffing Manager oversees client accounts, sourcing open positions, understanding the client need and finding talent to fill the positions. The Staffing Manager will outsource background checks, drug test, references, and completing onboarding for talent.
The Staffing Manager is outgoing, professional, has a get it done attitude, and enjoys high energy high profile positions. A driver, hunter and goal oriented person with a self starting attitude. This person will get the job done!
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven skills in recruiting, interviewing, and candidate placement
1. Experience in business development and client relationship management
2. Strong leadership and staff management abilities
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency with recruiting software and related technologies
6. Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry required

Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Preferred: Bachelor in business, Human Resources, or related field. MBA or Executive Certifications welcome.
The location of this position is onsite in Gainesville, GA.
