Responsibilities:
-Design & Analyze Marine Structures: Perform structural analysis, calculations, and technical detailing for floating wave attenuators, docks, concrete, timber, and steel systems.
-Evaluate Project Sites: Assess site conditions, wind/wave mechanics, and lateral pile loads to establish precise engineering criteria for new projects.
-Partner Across Departments: Collaborate directly with manufacturing, production, and project management teams to develop practical, top-quality marine products.
-Manage Timelines & Client Relations: Build trusted relationships with clients, provide regular project progress updates, and ensure deliverables meet strict deadlines.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Active registration as a Structural Engineer (SE) or PE willing to pursue multi-state SE licensure.
-5+ years of experience as a registered Professional Engineer in structural or coastal engineering.
-Proficiency with SolidWorks, 3D modeling software, and specialized structural analysis tools.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor???s or Master???s degree in Civil, Coastal, or Ocean Engineering with a structural focus.
-Current, valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration.

-Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
