The Procurement Data & Workday Readiness Specialist supports UF?s transition to Workday by performing data cleanup, validation, and transformation activities for supplier and procurement records. This role ensures data accuracy, resolves quality issues, and assists with testing and reconciliation throughout implementation. The position also develops and documents new processes, including international supplier registration, and provides ongoing support for supplier management and data quality after go live. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, and able to collaborate effectively across Procurement, Finance, UFIT, and campus units.

Responsibilities:
- Understanding and knowledge of PeopleSoft and Workday preferred
- Data validation and quality assurance
- Tracking and documentation
- Administrative and general support to suppliers and internal departments
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large amounts of data, and able to follow established guidelines and procedures. This position is well suited for candidates seeking administrative, data entry, or business office experience.
