Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both exempt and non-exempt roles, which includes creating engaging job advertisements, sourcing top talent, interviewing, and overseeing onboarding.
ATS Management: Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure the interview process remains thorough, accurate, and compliant with all regulations.
Compliance & Pre-Employment: Perform all necessary pre-employment screenings and onboarding requirements???such as I-9 verifications and new hire documentation???in accordance with company policy and legal standards.
Specialized Recruitment Support: Assist with H-2B recruitment processes and manage the associated documentation to support our unique workforce needs.
Employer Branding & Outreach: Represent the organization at external job fairs and community events to build strong local relationships and attract high-quality candidates.
Employee Engagement: Confidently plan and facilitate employee engagement activities, leading presentations and interacting with groups to foster a positive workplace culture.
Creative Administrative Support: Utilize Canva and Adobe to design professional HR forms, newsletters, and flyers that keep our team informed and engaged.
Digital Document Management: Use DocuSign for efficient document management and electronic signatures to streamline HR workflows.
Operational Support: Provide administrative assistance for HR projects and support payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy in all employee communications and records.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Experience with H-2B recruitment processes and documentation.
Familiarity with Canva and Adobe for creating newsletters and flyers.
Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration, specifically using Paycor.
