What You???ll DoDrive the 150-Person Ramp: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for this critical summer surge, ensuring seamless execution from initial job board postings and pre-screens all the way through to final orientation and onboarding.Lead the On-Site Squad: Manage, motivate, and align an on-site team of 4 Production Recruiters and 1 specialized Technical Recruiter.Enforce Established KPIs: Keep your finger on the pulse of daily, weekly, and monthly targets. You will ensure the team is consistently hitting aggressive benchmarks across all stages: Pre-screens, Interviews, Offers, Hires, Orientations, and Onboardings.Remove Bottlenecks Fast: Monitor the funnel daily to identify lag times, optimize recruiter bandwidth, and partner directly with local hiring managers for rapid feedback and offer extensions.Who You AreA High-Volume Velocity Expert: You have a proven track record of managing talent acquisition teams through rapid, short-term headcount surges (e.g., manufacturing ramps, plant expansions, or new facility launches).Waco-Based / Ready to Be On-Site: You thrive in a collaborative, face-to-face environment and are ready to be 100% on-site at our Waco facility to drive daily huddles and face-to-face accountability.Data & Metrics Obsessed: You run your day by the numbers. You know exactly how many pre-screens it takes to yield a Day 1 orientation, and you manage your team's output accordingly.Immediately Available: With our strict August 2026 deadline, you are ready to jump in, absorb the existing playbook, and start leading on Day 1.
1-4 years
QualificationsDeep experience managing both high-volume hourly recruitment (Winding Technicians, Warehouse) and technical/salaried roles (Engineering, Quality).Experience with contract, interim, or project-based leadership roles is highly preferred.
Expert-level understanding of tracking recruitment KPIs and managing ATS pipelines.Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager, TA Lead, or RPO Delivery Manager in a high-volume environment.
