Job Description:

Production Team Leads will lead other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production. There are performance based bonuses and salary increases each year!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure production employees work at the highest efficiency
• Identify and correct unsafe behaviors
• Inform production manager of near miss incidents
• Train, motivate, support and guide employees
• Complete daily reviews of production schedules and plans
• Provide employee performance feedback to management
• Provide improvement ideas
• Drive and enforce initiatives to ensure a safe and clean setting
• Post daily production order confirmations
• Ensure employees have the tools to be successful
• Assist lead annual inventory counting event
• Ensure pick lists are put in properly in a timely manner
• Ensure machines are running properly
• Ensure machines are being cleaned weekly

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 12 months

Physical:

• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast paced environment
•  High attention to detail
• Prioritization skills
