Job Description:
The Team Leader will lead other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production. There are performance based bonuses and salary increases each year!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production employees work at the highest efficiency
- Identify and correct unsafe behaviors
- Inform production manager of near miss incidents
- Training, motivating, and supporting employees
- Complete daily reviews of production schedules and plans
- Providing employee performance feedback to management
- Providing improvement ideas
- Drive and enforce initiatives to ensure a safe and clean setting
- Posting daily production order confirmations
- Assisting with annual inventory counts
- Ensuring pick lists are properly input in a timely manner
- Ensuring that machinery is running properly and being cleaned weekly
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
