Job Description:
The Team Leader will lead other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production. There are performance based bonuses and salary increases each year!
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that production employees are working efficiently
- Identifying and correcting unsafe behaviors
- Training and supporting employees
- Completing daily reviews of production plans and schedules
- Providing feedback on employee performance
- Driving and enforcing new initiatives to ensure a safe and clean work setting
- Assisting with annual inventory counts
- Ensuring pick lists are input in a timely manner
- Ensuring that machinery is running and cleaned properly
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Skills:
- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast paced environment
