This position is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys a role that requires both computer proficiency and operational coordination. You will work independently to keep the depot running efficiently while adhering to strict asset management protocols.
Responsibilities:
Use Jira to log, update, and track Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
Collaborate with depot staff to identify defective units and ensure they are packaged and shipped correctly.
Maintain accurate records of all cases, including tracking specific serial numbers and resolution statuses.
Communicate with manufacturers and service providers to expedite returns and minimize downtime.
Generate weekly status reports and escalate any recurring issues or delays to leadership.
Adhere to strict asset management and security protocols throughout the process
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with mobile and handheld devices, including Apple products, Zebra devices, scanners, and printers is highly preferred.
Previous experience with RMA workflows or depot operations is a plus.

Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Jira or have strong skills with similar ticketing applications.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking data and reporting.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter who focuses on business goals.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams
