This position is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys a role that requires both computer proficiency and operational coordination. You will work independently to keep the depot running efficiently while adhering to strict asset management protocols.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end return process for equipment, starting from initial service requests through final repair and case resolution.
Create, update, and monitor service tickets and repair logs to keep all records current.
Verify warranty coverage and equipment eligibility for repairs or device swaps.
Act as the primary contact with equipment manufacturers, repair facilities, and service vendors to coordinate hardware repairs.
Maintain organized digital records of device serial numbers, warranty details, shipping data, and repair histories.
Monitor repair delivery times to ensure all service level agreements are consistently satisfied.
Manage replacement device inventory and help maintain balanced spare equipment levels.
Provide clear, helpful status updates to team members, field technicians, and company leaders.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and secure asset handling in compliance with official safety guidelines.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Associate degree or technical training in Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
Familiarity with enterprise mobile devices, handheld barcode scanners, tablet equipment, and specialized printers (such as Zebra or Apple products).
Prior experience managing relationships or service communications with vendors and equipment manufacturers.

Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in device support, technology asset management, or a similar operational role.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and stay organized without constant supervision.
Written and verbal communication skills to keep team members informed.
Comfort using Microsoft Excel and ticket-tracking software (such as Jira) to log, track, and analyze equipment data.
