Responsibilities: ? Repairs, calibrates and maintains upper or lower prosthetics. ? Performs component testing protocols for quality assurance. ? Provides technical assistance to customers regarding repair issues, estimates, product knowledge and compatibilities. ? Offers guidance to customers on repair decisions. ? Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. ? Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. ? Follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance. ? Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans. ? Shows dependability by being to work on time and plans requests for time off ahead of schedule. ? Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Promotes and personally observes safety procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly.

Qualifications: ? 1-2 years of related technical experience. ? Minimum 1 year of computer experience; must confidently operate a computer and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. ERP systems (like SAP) experience a plus. ? Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools and inspection equipment.? General mechanical aptitude or equipment troubleshooting and repair experience a plus. ? Hand-eye coordination required. ? Ability to conduct themselves professionally and communicate effectively with appropriate audience.
