Highlights:
- Temp-to-hire
- Pay rate: $21/hr
- Onsite in Middleton, WI
- 1pm-10pm, Option of Sun-Thu or Mon-Fri
Responsibilities include, but are bit limited to:
- Manage inbound calls from the service queue to provide direction to field staff
- Coordinate with field technicians and partners to gather status updates on active service requests
- Ensure field staff time is used efficiently by verifying all equipment and arrangements are ready before they arrive onsite
- Document progress and provide technical direction to staff performing work at customer locations
- Update customer databases and internal systems to track the lifecycle of each service request
- Follow up with dispatched technicians when estimated completion times are exceeded to ensure timely resolution
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of higher education in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a related technical support or coordination role
- Prior experience scheduling field technicians or working directly with onsite customer service
- Knowledge of Structured Cabling highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear reports and business correspondence
- Ability to remain calm and focused while making judgments in urgent or emergency situations
- Comfort using computers and telephones for the duration of your shift
