Daily administration of the Salesforce tickets and phone queue.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with business partners.
Collaborate with the team to test solutions and
Learning & Development: Complete courses on current products and solutions to stay up to date with company needs.
Office Participation: full-time on-site presence with opportunity for hybrid working schedule after training period.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
