The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional analytical and technical skills. This role requires a "super user" level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. The Data Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business data, creating insightful reports, and presenting your findings in a clear and compelling manner. Must have the ability to communicate fluently in both English and a second language will be essential for collaborating with our diverse, international teams.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $24 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Translate complex data into understandable and actionable business recommendations.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings to stakeholders at various levels.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, providing data-driven support and analysis to various departments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication with our global partners and team members.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Data Analytics) or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and a Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS), PivotTables, Power Query, and macros (VBA).
- Microsoft PowerPoint: Ability to create professional, visually compelling, and data-rich presentations.
- Microsoft Power BI: Solid experience with Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards, including data modeling and DAX.
