Spherion Staffing of Fargo has a temporary part-time Grant Coordinator role available. The Grant Coordinator is responsible for providing essential technical, administrative, and logistical support throughout the entire grant lifecycle, from pre-award preparation to post-award compliance and reporting. This role is key to maintaining organizational efficiency, ensuring strict adherence to funder requirements, and supporting program staff in the effective management of grant-funded initiatives.

Assignment length: 10 months
Part-time 20-25 hours/week
Pay $24/hour
Responsibilities:
-Enter and maintain participant and program data with a high level of accuracy
-Track training participation, outcomes and progress toward program goals
-Organize and maintain files including applications, agreements and reporting documentation
-Assist with preparing data reports, summaries and spreadsheets
-Assist with the preparation and submission of grant reports
-Assist with reviewing documentation for compliance with federal and program specific requirements
-Maintain organized records of expenditures, invoices and other financial documents
-Assist with tracking communications, scheduling meetings and maintaining contact lists
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
-Experience with grant administration, compliance documentation or federally funded programs
-Prior experience with CRM or workforce data tracking systems
-Basic understanding of financial documentation and reporting processes
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Proficiency with MS Suite and other data management systems
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Must have excellent organizational skills
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Must have commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
