Responsibilities:
Project 1: Oil Bottle Disposal
- Open cases of quart-sized oil bottles (approx. 10,000 total).
- Remove caps using a drill-mounted cap chuck tool.
- Empty oil from each bottle into designated totes for disposal or processing.
- Discard soiled bottles into waste containers.
- Break down and recycle associated cardboard packaging.
Project 2: Label Inspection and Sorting
- Open cases of quart-sized bottles (approx. 12,000 total).
- Visually inspect labels for accuracy and quality.
- Segregate bottles into "good" and "rework" categories based on label condition.
- Place bottles in designated areas for further processing.
- Assist in planning or executing rework processes as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or shop setting.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools (drill with cap chuck).
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments is a plus.
