As a Pack Out Associate, you will play a vital role in the final presentation and efficient handling of our finished goods. Your responsibilities will include carefully wiping products to remove any dust or imperfections, ensuring a pristine final appearance. You will also be responsible for the accurate and stable palletizing of products, preparing them for safe and efficient transportation, and reworking pallets that are unstable for safe transportation and maneuvering.. Responsibilities:
- Product Inspection and Cleaning: Carefully examine finished products for any dust, smudges, or imperfections and thoroughly wipe them clean to meet our quality standards.
- Palletizing Products: Accurately and securely stack finished and packaged products onto pallets according to established procedures to ensure stability during transit.
- Pallet Reworking: Disassembling and reassembling pallets of product to ensure safe transportation and maneuvering to customer delivery locations.
- Label Verification: Ensure that all products and pallets are correctly labeled with the appropriate information.
- Quality Control: Report any identified product defects or packaging issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain Work Area: Keep the pack out area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to Procedures: Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other production and fulfillment team members to meet daily targets.
- Other Duties: Assist with other pack out or warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- Basic understanding of safe palletizing techniques.
- Previous experience in a packaging, light manufacturing, or warehouse environment is a plus.
