The Thermoforming Assembly Tech role is responsible to assemble, fit, wire and install parts to form subassemblies or finished products. This role is capable of taking an engineering drawing and the components needed and building the final part to spec including tool selection, setup, operation, measurement, and validation.

- Counting, inspecting, labeling, measuring and packing parts.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Assists with assembly time studies.
- Validates/Audits BOMs.
- Assemble multiple products together to create subassemblies utilizing engineering drawings.
- Assemble components using mechanical and chemical fastening techniques.
- Able to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings.
- Measures and validates quality to Engineering specifications.
- Read and understand manufacturing orders and the dispatch list.
- Setup, configure, troubleshoot and operate automated tape dispensers, rivet guns, and various handheld and standalone carpentry equipment.
- Monitor and measure throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Document daily scrap counts.
- Performs backflush processes.
- Assists with other fabrication steps when required.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order and are free of safety hazards.
- Regular attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Communicates safety and maintenance issues to supervisor.
Working hours: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Qualifications:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to read a Tape Measure
- Ability to read and understand calipers
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
