Job Description:

You will  be a strong leader with natural sales ability and innovative thinking in the Homecare  arena

Responsibilities:

• You will be expected to oversee and work with homecare division offices to ensure each office completes the following:
• Increase office revenue for each office by a minimum of 3.5% each month
• Increase total billable hours for each office by a minimum of 100 hours per month
• Gain 1 new private pay client in both Central PA Homecare (“CPAHC”) and Eastern PA Homecare (“EPAHC”) offices per month 
• Gain 2 new private pay clients in the Western PA Homecare (“WPAHC”) office per month
• Retain clients with a 90% retention rate o Personally schedule a minimum of 100 billable homecare hours per week
• Personally sign on a minimum of 1 new client per month
• Personally attend a minimum of 1 in-person event per quarter
• Personally hire a minimum of 1 new caregiver per month
• Personally complete client visits both in person and virtually, as applicable
• 60Travel up to 50% between in state offices

Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience: 60 months

• Experience in the homecare industry
• Experience in managing multiple direct reports, preferably in multiple office locations

Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple locations and team members
• Ability to sell
