• Assist as needed with warehouse duties in the Smucker Retail Store Warehouse – including fulfilling online orders, stocking, dock work, inventory, etc.
• Unpack, re-stock, and organize product in both retail store and warehouse
• Amazon and Walmart order fulfilment support: accurately pick and pack product, prepare orders for shipment
• Print shipping labels
• Shrink wrap out-going pallets for FedEx or freight shipments
• Identify and communicate stock discrepancies to managers
• Operate pallet jack
• Use Shipstation order fulfillment software to print orders and mark as completed for shipment
• Ensure corrugated, packaging supplies, and product are ordered from warehouse to support order fulfillment needs
• Assist in the retail store when needed. Greet, welcome, and engage with customers in friendly and helpful manner

Requirements:

• Availability to work two Saturdays per month
• Ability to multi-task and flexible to work in warehouse or retail store as needed or directed
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and climb a ladder and/or stepstool
• Ability to identify necessary tasks and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Excellent customer service skills with out-going, personable, and professional demeanor

1 year warehouse or related experience preferred, but not required

Pay Rate: 
$15 /hour

Education: 
High school diploma is NOT required

Schedule: 
This position is part-time and will work 3 full days per week (total of 24 hours per week). Scheduled hours are 9am-5:30pm. Must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month. The retail store is open 9am-5:30pm Monday-Saturday, closed on Sunday.
