We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for placement in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse and forklift experience to join a dynamic team that values precision, accountability, and efficiency. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of long-term employment.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Estimated Assignment Length: 2 - 4 weeks (possibility for long-term placement)
Responsibilities:

- Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Load trailers and containers using a forklift
- Unload and verify incoming shipments using appropriate equipment
- Rotate products in compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) standards
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and conduct quality control checks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklift, drum handler, pallet wrapper, and pallet inverter
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current forklift certification required
- Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Experience using an RF scanner or similar barcode scanning system
- Physically capable of repetitively lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse with heavy equipment traffic and ambient noise
- Strong multitasking ability and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Supply chain experience that includes organization and replenishment of materials is a plus
- Experience in a high-volume warehouse preferred
