The Warehouse General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets manually or with equipment (pallet jack, forklift if certified)
Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for shipment
Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and material handling
Keep warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Follow safety guidelines and report any incidents or unsafe conditions
Operate tools and machinery as required (training provided if necessary)
Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends if needed
Basic math and communication skills
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Forklift certification or experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanners
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong work ethic and dependability
Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends if needed
Basic math and communication skills
