Responsibilities:
Inventory and Warehouse management, Operational Leadership, Security and Key Holder duties
-Assemble parts, build pallets and palletize orders
-Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving incoming shipments, product storage, and coordinating material flow to the production line.
-Execute daily and weekly cycle counts and audits to ensure the highest level of inventory
- Enforce safety and quality control standards, ensuring a safe and productive work environment
- Perform opening and closing procedures, arming and disarming security systems and securing all access points.
- Act emergency contact for alarm responses or site security issues when the facility is closed.
-Conduct regular security checks inspecting the premises for safety and security issues, reporting any concerns to management.
-Ensure all company protocols related to loss prevention and facility security are strictly followed.
- Serve as the on-site manager, making decisions to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
-Delegate tasks, manage staff assignments, and provide clear guidance to production and warehouse teams to meet daily
goals and schedules.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Forklift, pallet jack and experienced in standard warehouse equipment
- Supervisor, warehouse and leadership experience
-Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems
- Computer software experience with MS Office
Education:
High School
