Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of distribution center associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Allocate tasks and prioritize work assignments to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and team activities.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and management to streamline processes and improve overall DC operations.
- Operate various material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
- Communicate effectively with associates, supervisors, and other departments

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
- 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
