Responsibilities:

• Assist with the detailed installation of replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Perform basic cutting, trimming, and measuring on-site to ensure accurate fits.
• Collaborate closely with team members to complete high-quality residential projects.
• Work outdoors safely in year-round Minnesota weather elements.
• Deliver excellent service and respect customer property during installations.

Skills:

• Prior experience in basic carpentry, residential remodeling, or construction.
• Background in heavy physical labor (e.g., farming, agricultural work, or outdoor labor).

Qualifications:
Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude.

• Basic familiarity with hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, etc.) and ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work comfortably at heights, and handle year-round outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical exam.
