Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data to provide actionable staffing and workload recommendations
- Develop data-driven forecasting models and scheduling scenarios to meet service goals
- Partner with leadership to create contingency plans for phone, virtual, and in-person support
- Lead operational analytics initiatives to improve efficiency and the employee experience
- Monitor performance metrics like service levels and productivity to optimize resource use
- Use historical data and demand assumptions to refine long-term capacity planning
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, or operations analytics - Required
- Expertise in forecasting within a customer service or contact center environment preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting and data analysis tools
- Strong ability to communicate complex data clearly to supervisors and executive leadership
- Experience with call center platforms, scheduling tools, or case management systems
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
