Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the customer service team and management
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and update customer records
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
Assist in resolving customer issues
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Shipping, Accounting) to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and correspondence as needed
Support team members with various clerical tasks and office duties
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with order processing or inventory management systems
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate???s or bachelor???s degree preferred
1???2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
