Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and champion for our assigned customers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving profitable growth. Your duties will include:
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage, maintain, and grow revenue of assigned customers, ensuring client satisfaction with our solutions.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues, working to find solutions and maintain a positive relationship for future business ventures.
Host and organize customer visits to our manufacturing sites.

Conduct occasional overnight travel for sales calls/visits.
Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with assigned 'Strategic Accounts'.
Sales & Profitability:
Drive the quote process and present accurate, profitable quote proposals to customers.
Manage customer profitability to ensure margin profile targets are maintained and protected.
Develop, execute, and maintain customer account plans, including analyzing sales trends and forecasts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal departments, clearly communicating customer expectations to ensure their needs are met.
Clearly and consistently communicate the needs of internal departments to customers, ensuring timely and accurate information flow for high-quality product delivery and industry-leading customer service.
Administrative & Processing:
Process customer requests, including but not limited to purchase orders, sales order adjustments, quote requests, engineering change orders, returns, and corrective action requests.
Preferred:
A four-year degree from an accredited college.
Qualifications:
5+ years in an Account Manager/Customer Service role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Advanced motivational and negotiation skills.
Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing customer data and sales trends.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills (empathetic and understanding).
Maintain a positive attitude and a desire to serve customers exceptionally well.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with a team or independently as needed.
