Spherion Bismarck is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Account Manager to communicate effectively with efforts in recruiting, retaining, and engaging a membership audience for a local client. This role is both strategic and operational focused on building strong relationships with members, promoting sponsorship and advertising opportunities, managing CRM data, and ensuring members receive value and connection through events and programs. Pay range: $55k-$62k base + uncapped commission, performance bonus opportunities
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain a prospect pipeline for new member outreach
-Initiate and complete membership sales and outreach
-Data entry of new,existing, and future members within the CRM, secure sponsorships and advertisements for events, publications, and programs
-Schedule prospect or member meetings with follow-up, engaging the leadership team as needed and appropriate
-Communicate policy updates, business resources, and event reminders to members, or relay member issues to the appropriate team members
-Serve as the primary contact for membership-related inquiries and ensure timely, helpful responses
-Identify opportunities to showcase member companies through events, publications, and other spotlights, and coordinate and collaborate with other team members on execution as needed
-Promote the organization's value, information, connections, and resources to encourage member engagement with relevant initiatives
-Collaborate and coordinate with the Member Experience Team to create an annual sponsorship menu
-Process of annual dues, renewals, collection, and required billing
-Assist, support, and contribute to the planning and promotion of Company events and member engagement activities

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM platforms (training provided)
