Pay $60-900k/year DOE
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with customers to ensure drivers within their zone have freight booked and maintain utilization rates
-Learn from Account Managers level 2 and Regional to develop professional skills related to the position
-Collaborate closely with the customer service and operations teams to book freight and ensure proper entry and dispatch to drivers
-Collaborate closely with drivers to determine needs and plans regarding freight
-Monitor and manage the logistics of shipments by working closely with the driver and operations team to monitor delivery schedules and driver time utilization
-Support drivers by answering questions regarding freight information and general questions
-Monitor documentation regarding customer shipments to identify and resolve discrepancies, preventing issues
-Maintain and submit documentation to the accounting team, ensuring prompt and accurate billing for services rendered
-Review reports regarding customer performance and adjusts as needed to meet customer, driver, and company expectations
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Up to two (2) years of experience in operations, sales, dispatch, and business development within the transportation industry
-Previous experience in a sales position where success was directly related to one's ability to problem solve and build relationships with customers
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma
-Strong time management skills, possessing the ability to manage one???s own time in an environment with competing deadlines and changing priorities
-Demonstrable communication skills, having the ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals while maintaining high levels of rapport
-Proven ability to solve complex problems and demonstrate sound judgement
