Responsibilities:
Handles all correspondence through telephone and email and makes sure that the level of customer service is handled in a timely matter.
Follows agencies commercial lines policies and procedures as outlined.
Keeps system updated with the correct information processed from endorsements or changes.
Collaborates with account executives / marketing department for all new business details and assists to figure out complicated issues and resolving them efficiently.
Prepares proposals for new business and renewals.
Modifies, updates and processes existing / new business policies in system.
Processes and keeps records of new claims and policies in the system.
Reviews and verifies data in the system.
Works with detailed office records and managing files for all policies.
Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
