Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk including: answering phones, assisting guests & employees, and tracking security badges
Answer and return phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Create and process and track purchase orders
Maintains break room supplies and oversees locker and uniform assignments
Maintain safety and security by following all safety and security procedures and communicate appropriately
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience with office equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with basic scheduling software
spanish is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred
1?4 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
