Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including accounts receivable/payable
Process and manage customer credit applications with strict attention to detail and confidentiality
Follow up with potential clients and maintain positive customer relationships
Assist with DMV documentation and processing for boat sales (prior experience preferred)
Cross-train and support other departments as needed to ensure smooth dealership operations
Communicate with finance institutions, customers, and vendors professionally and efficiently
Learn and understand the marine industry, including inventory and product knowledge over time
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Prior experience with DMV forms and processing
Experience in a dealership or similar customer-facing industry
Familiarity with marine or recreational vehicle sales is a plus
Education:
High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks (minimum 1 year of experience required)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to be cross-trained and adaptable to various responsibilities
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
