Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and provide assistance to walk-in customers at the Harlingen, TX facility.
Respond to customer inquiries effectively via phone and email in both English and Spanish.
Process customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate with shipping to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and ship outgoing packages accurately via FedEx.
Provide detailed product information and confidently answer questions about the company's line of products.
Handle returns, exchanges, and complaint resolution with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using database and CRM software.
Collaborate with production, shipping, and sales teams to address customer needs quickly and efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software to manage orders and generate reports.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Customer-Centric Attitude: Empathy, patience, and a consistently positive demeanor.
Communication: Clear, professional, and confident communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or a front desk role is highly preferred. Sales experience is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems quickly while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Work Ethic: Proven reliability with strong attendance and punctuality, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently within a team environment.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Ability to work a set full-time schedule, Monday???Friday, 8:00 a.m. ??? 5:00 p.m., in person at the Harlingen, TX facility.
