Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage general inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Administrative Support: Assist the Sales and Accounting departments with a variety of administrative duties, including data entry, file management, and other support tasks as needed.
Organization & Task Management: Maintain an organized work environment and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
