answer questions, address complaints, explain information, and assist the Owner in carrying out the scope of this position with superior customer service.

Responsibilities:
Answer customer and vendor phone calls
File sales documents and reports (spiffs and sell-through)
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for owners and sales staff
Use office equipment (copiers, scanners, phones, voicemail, computers)
Work with the owner to create purchase orders and place accurate merchandise orders
Receive and check in merchandise in the system
Create price tags for merchandise
Research and report on product availability or status
Manage incoming and outgoing emails
Assist the owner with bids and sales orders
Keep the owner?s calendar and schedule appointments
Send daily emails to the Cohen?s team
Process customer payments and record them in the system
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
Perform other tasks as needed
Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Minimum one year of administrative experience is preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficient experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), database software, and document management.
Must be able to sit, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
