Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to emails and internal/external inquiries
Organize and maintain digital and physical files, records, and documentation
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents
Coordinate office supplies and assist in general office management
Provide administrative support across various departments
Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal tracking spreadsheets
Assist with tasks related to production planning and purchasing
Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience supporting production, planning, or purchasing teams
Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software
Basic knowledge of supply chain or operations terminology
Ability to analyze data and provide summary reports
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
Professional and courteous demeanor
