Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
-Greet visitors warmly and answer incoming phone calls with professionalism.
-Provide product information and resolve general customer inquiries.
Administrative Support:
-Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
-Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office projects.
Financial Tasks:
-Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
-Track expenses and help reconcile accounts.
Office Operations:
-Maintain a neat and organized front desk and reception area.
-Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the office environment.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Additional education or certification in accounting, business, or related fields.
Experience in small office or fast-paced business environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with basic accounting software.
Excellent communication skills???both written and verbal.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
