sh flow optimization by acting as an extension of each firm to improve cash flow and free attorneys to focus on practicing law. In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding the client base by connecting law firms with the systems, support, and peace of mind they need to grow their practices. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing and onboarding, and have a direct impact on the future of our client relationships and overall company growth.
Location: Hybrid: remote, field, and in-office (Tulsa, OK)
Compensation: $48,000-$72,000 base (BOE) + uncapped commission (first-year potential: $120,000-$180,000) + performance bonuses. Commission increases over time as you build and retain your book of business.
Responsibilities:
Drive the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close.
Build and sustain a high-quality sales pipeline by generating and nurturing leads through strategic outreach, industry networking, referrals, and event engagement.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value of our solutions.
Establish trusted relationships with attorneys by working collaboratively to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions that support their firm???s success.
Own the client transition by negotiating terms and delivering a seamless onboarding process.
Maintain up-to-date CRM data to support visibility, forecasting, and team collaboration.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and client success to ensure long-term client value and satisfaction.
Continuously expand your knowledge of legal and financial tech trends to better advise clients and anticipate their needs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in legal tech, SaaS, financial services, or any field requiring interaction with high-level professionals.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Maturity and professionalism: You can navigate conversations with attorneys, handle pressure, and build trust quickly.
A natural relationship builder with strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with the legal industry and the financial challenges of solo and small firms is a plus, but not required. The ability to quickly grasp these concepts and speak credibly with attorneys is essential.
Connections within the legal community are a valuable asset and can accelerate success in this role.
Comfortable leveraging CRM software and productivity tools to drive sales efficiency.
Self-starter mindset: entrepreneurial, driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
