Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and assist customers, providing accurate information and resolutions.
Handle customer inquiries regarding account transactions and dispute resolutions, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Process claims forms efficiently, protecting both customer and bank interests while adhering to operational guidelines.
Resolve routine issues and escalate more complex matters as needed.
Demonstrate professionalism in all customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and maintain high service standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry will be given extra consideration.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet goals and deadlines.
Basic understanding of customer service best practices and techniques.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and professionally.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
Proficient with computer systems and data entry.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
