Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize investment documents, including statements and trade confirmations
- Track and reconcile investment and financial records
- Support bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online or Desktop
- Maintain Excel and Access databases using formulas and macros
- Partner with the internal team on general accounting tasks and reporting
- Provide administrative support such as filing, record-keeping, and process adherence
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in workflows and financial entries
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access
- Experience in investment documentation (stocks, bonds, confirmations)
- Prior experience in a small business or investment support setting

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (Desktop version also acceptable)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and macros

- Local to the Jacksonville, FL area with reliable transportation
